Waiting in drive through for 10 minutes and was still NOT able to get 25 count of chocolate munchkins for my autistic son, ordered them and couldn't even get to the window to pay and pick it up because there were 3 cars still waiting before me. I left the line and called them to tell them I left because of the long wait, the lady who answered was quite rude telling me there is no manager working and only 1 person working and thats why there is a wait and she hung up on me. I have so many problems with this and questions but they will never get answers. DO BETTER!!! Improve customer service, staffing, and not open with only 1 person working!!! I hope CORPORATE sees this and corrects things!!!
