  this place was just so wrong, nothing good came out of it. i waited 30 minutes for my biggie bag just for the order to be messed up and there were only 3 others cars and nobody inside. they didn’t even give me a junior bacon cheeseburger i got a double stack i didn’t even ask for that, the fries were so cold and had no salt, and the nuggets were all over the bag and they gave me the wrong drink. AND THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING the floor was a absolute mess fries and trash all over the floor and the managers were running all over the place yelling but not doing anything and sitting on their phones and there are workers making burgers with no gloves and/or hairnets and bagging meals with no gloves and/or hair nets and they were also rude with other customers and also lying saying they only have big and medium sizes for the fries but in reality they have then from JR all the way to large but wanna take evryones money.

  Just left this location (Chrysler Drive and Crain Hwy) about an hour ago. Kids in the car and decided it would be easier to go through the drive thru. Nope, after 40 minutes of being stuck between cars and not able to leave I ended up ordering and being told to wait in the Mobile parking spot to wait on my 3 count tender meal. Unfreaking believable that they forgot I was waiting for 10 minutes. I had to walk near the drive thru to get their attention that I was still out there. I don't know if the staff was new or what. The manager was slow as heck. Never going back. EVER...I literally saw cars backing out of the drive thru line...they gave me sweet chili sauce instead of BBQ, smh!!

  Their service is lacking, I made a mobile order online and arrived their at night. Just as I made it to the driveway they've told me that their system was rebooted and my order was no longer in the system and I was unable to cancel my order. I couldn't get a refund after that.

  Not great customer service. Christina, never greeted me or even said hello, she can't even put her phone down even when I was talking to her, her phone was more interesting. I asked for a coffee and she said they're all done selling coffee. I asked for a cold brew then and she gave me an attitude and said no more coffee. It's 6pm Starbucks is still open, you can make a pot of coffee.. I said I didn't want a drink and she got mad and said I had to have one. Burger was dry. I only took on bite and threw out. Was just passing through, I'll make sure not to stop here again. Fries were good. Looks like there is a leak in the womans bathroom and there is a caution thing on the floor. No paper towels.

  Something is always wrong here. No chicken. Drive through register not working so customers “need” to come inside to order. As if they don’t have multiple registers. Sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes for them to tell me to come inside to order. Baby, I have multiple children. Half are sleep. Take this order at another register please. “If you want to place an order, you guys can come inside.” This is a laughable establishment & the franchise owner obviously doesn’t care to improve.
