  It's always touch and go with McDonalds. Sometimes the fries are warm, cold and hot in one order. Like they're mixing it....I hate that. Nonetheless, it's a quick, nonfilling, fix until you get home to have real meal. I like that the employees call you by your name when you use the mobile app. That's a plus for me.

  So I made a mobile order and when I arrived to the drive thru, the person on the other end didn’t greet me he literally just said “what do you want”. I gave him my mobile order code, he never said okay or anything, I just moved up because other cars were getting in front of me. I proceeded to get my receipt. I’m at the first window and I realized they handed me the wrong receipt. I am politely saying excuse me and the African American man with a nappy fade and the dirty black jacket hes always in, taking orders, closed the window. I didn’t want an error with my order so I kept saying excuse me until another employee had to come an acknowledge me. I understand work can be challenging but don’t take it out on the people that are paying. We aren’t forcing you to work here.

  Awful customer service as probably expected. Took forever to bring 2 happy meals and a medium fry. The. Forgot the sauce and when I went inside everybody keep looking at me but nobody asked for help until I tried to get a ladies attention and she put her hand up in my face to talk to another employee.

  Drive through Approx 20 mins ago, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with bacon, and I took one bite and knew both were gonna be off the chain... These humans working at this place are like family to me... Just be respectful and kind towards the folks who are preparing your food...

  Pulled through the drive-thru when it wasn’t busy and no one was behind us, but they still had us pull off to the side. It took about 20 minutes to bring out our order. I’ve been getting Shamrock Shakes for years, and this one wasn’t even mixed, it was basically vanilla ice cream with green dye on top. I had to mix it myself. Really disappointing experience overall. Slow service and poor quality.
