  This evening I purchased food from the Wendy’s location in Upper Marlboro via the drive-through. The conditions outside were extremely icy—so much so that the parking lot felt like an ice rink—yet I still made the effort to come out to purchase food. When I arrived home and began eating my Dave’s Double, I discovered that one of the beef patties was raw. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. In addition, the bacon baked potato was poorly prepared and a complete mess, with cheese spilled everywhere. I was extremely disappointed, not only because I was hungry after braving unsafe weather conditions, but because this experience shows a lack of care, quality control, and concern for customer safety. I attempted to call the restaurant several times to report the issue, but no one answered the phone. This entire experience was unacceptable, and I am very displeased. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly, including appropriate follow-up regarding food safety and customer service standards at this location.

  Ordered, on the App, 4 items, out of 2 of them and got the order wrong on the third, afraid to try to 4th. I guess they can't read a screen, since the app was used. They wonder why they get minimum wage, and that's too much.

  The last couple times I have gone, my burger had shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. Not a good choice for a hot burger because it's wilted. I noticed because the leaf lettuce was always nice and crisp. Maybe this is in response to rising food costs, but I won't return.
