  I really enjoy this place. If I could give one critique they should start putting the smoothies that are pre-ordered in the little refrigerator until the customer arrives.. Putting it on the back shelf makes a smoothie melt

  This review is strictly about the inconsistency of smoothies and service I get from this location. Sometimes the smoothies are good, other times they’re not—it depends on who makes it. I’ve gotten smoothies that lack flavor, aren’t thick enough, not blended well, not sweet enough… the list goes on, even after I ask for them to be remade. And for almost $10 a smoothie, that shouldn’t be happening. I shouldn’t have to decide whether I want to go in based on who’s working, especially when I’m sure there’s a guide from corporate on how to make everything. Someone from corporate really needs to come in and do a quality assurance check or training to make sure ALL smoothies, from EVERYBODY on EVERY shift, taste the same. The service is okay—again, depends on who’s working. I shouldn’t be able to hear your personal business being yelled across the store. It’s frustrating, and it affects how long it takes to get my smoothie, because apparently the conversation comes first. I shouldn't need luck to get what I paid for.

  Watch your receipts!! Automatic 15% tip is highlighted on the screen and even when you select no tip, it was added. After reviewing my receipt, I asked for the tip to be refunded. I was informed that no manager was on duty and they would have to take money and change from the tip jar!! Staff looked clueless on how to handle incorrect charges through the POS system.
