We went through the self checkout and as we were heading to the exit, an employee named Kai came chasing me down and handed me $20 bill that we had left at the self checkout register. - LLLaShaun LucasDec 5, 20252.0Please be careful at this location. I dropped my wallet leaving the self check out. A customer picked it up and turned it into the staff. The same customer saw me outside returning into the store and alerted me that the wallet had been turned in. Upon my reentry to the store, I asked the staff about my wallet and they pretended to not have seen or heard of a wallet being turned all of 2 min. A man claiming to be the manager told me to call the police if I wanted to see security camera footage. I called the police, set outside in the cold till they arrived. When the police and I approached the gentlemen posing as a manager, he advised we could not see the security footage but ended up actually having my wallet in the safe. And only turned it over to me because I had the police with me. This man did not follow any protocols regarding my wallet and didnt seem the least interested in actually returning it to me. I believe he intended to steal it. Giant corporate offices have yet to call me regarding the issue.
