  Corporate Theft. This Giant locks the entrance door 30 minutes before closing, which is stealing money from Giant revenue and preventing customers from getting essential items- food, medicine, baby supplies. It's 9:21pm before a major snow storm and the entrance door is locked. This is not the first time I experienced this at this particular Giant. I will be emailing my video of customers leaving and some customers having to pry open the exit door. Hardworking post office and amazon workers still in uniform are seen on my video walking away thinking the store is closed. People deserve better than this. This is classic post-pandemic behavior. It has to stop.

  For the 3rd time in a row, I've used this location for online pickup and for the 3rd time in a row, I've had to go inside and inquire about my order after sitting for the entire hour that I was scheduled to pick it up. Each time, there's only 1 poor lonely person shopping and staging online orders and they are "backed up". Forget calling, no one answers the phone if it even works. You call and follow the prompts and after the system says its transferring you, there's no ringing or anything, just silence. When you go inside to customer service, no one is at the customer service desk. This last time, I ran into a lady who said she went inside after her order was supposed to be ready at 4 and she'd been in the store since 6pm waiting....it was after 8pm. I ended up looking for the front end manager and asking to cancel my online order, she wrote my name down (don't know if she got around to canceling). Here it is nearly 9pm and I put my order in yesterday morning for pickup this evening and in the app it still shows order received...not in progress, not sorry your order is taking longer than expected, nothing...not even an online option to cancel. I will not be using this location anymore. 3 strikes, you're out. And whoever the person is in these reviews responding with the 800 number, that number doesn't work either.

  My husband and I just left Giant Grocery store. We went through the self checkout and as we were heading to the exit, an employee named Kai came chasing me down and handed me $20 bill that we had left at the self checkout register. What an amazing employee. And really loud shout out to Kai you are awesome and thank you again

  I have found the employees to be friendly, professional, and accommodating.The store is always clean and well-stocked.

  Stores produce is often of poor quality. The cashiers do not want to bag your groceries, as much as I pay for the food! I will be passing this store on the way to the new Giant down the road, which has excellent customer service.
