I showed up at 5:05am. I waited at the drive thru window until 5:12am before the lady comes on the mic to tell me my order is not ready because she just got there. Eventually got my order at 5:26am and the lady was rude and angry...no greeting of any kind. As if me making a big order every Sunday morning is an inconvenience. You would think they would be glad I'm spend a large amount at their location. And why are you so rude and angry all the time. I've never been to this location and not be met by rude unpleasant people. You would think they are doing me a favor by me choosing to spend my money with them. If you don't like your job, do something else. I would like to say that this is the first time I've experienced this but it's not. It's actually why I stopped coming. No more...

The man at the register waited on customer in front of me then abruptly walked away and didn't return. After a few minutes another staff person did come to register. I haven't been in a while and have no plans of returning. Poor customer service
