A team is only as strong as its management at the manager doesn't show professionalism like they do it a lot of local businesses Chick-fil-A being a great example and McDonald's just to name a few. Then your staff will not be professional at all walked in this morning not even for myself but to pick up an order for a customer who now has to wait longer because the wait time was becoming excessive. After a while we have the option to cancel the order again not fair to either the customer or the driver. But the main thing no one said hello welcome to dunkin' donuts and there we're five people and it wasn't that busy and then to actually just look at the person in the lobby and still not saying anything that's rude and non-professional so the business will only last as long as it's great customer service or lack thereof especially during these times people have options and I would direct people to drive just a little further down the road for way better customer service over all across the board from the moment you open the door you're greeted or if you have to wait whether it's the driveway the lobby they're really professional and the wait is never long to be honest now that location is way busier and I see why I would rather go an extra couple of miles especially when you're spending your money to receive great service not horrible service. I guarantee if you ride down further to 7600 Crain amm located where the shopping center where Safeway Popeyes and a few other stores are located way better service!!! Companies need to realize in the day of age where businesses are downsizing locations these are things they'll consider and look at ijs🙅🏾♀️👎🏾👎🏾 what's extremely pitiful is that after I posted my review I just happened to read other reviews and the service just even 3 days ago was a one-star rating and trust and believe that there was a way to post a review without hitting a star it's only would be zero Stars. But to see that a lot of customers have had bad experiences is pitiful! The good reviews they had one of them gave it away he was a family member of course family is going to rate you good but if you read the other reviews just like I mentioned and another customer mentioned staff walked by several times and even had the nerve to look you in your face LOL the audacity that's not how you run a business people and be successful.

went inside to pick it up. No one greeted me when I walked in, and after standing there for about five minutes, I finally asked the woman making drinks about my order. She told me it wasn’t ready, but then I noticed drinks that looked like mine sitting off to the side. When I checked, they were indeed mine — just left there.
During this time, several employees walked past me without acknowledging me or offering to help. Another customer even asked if they were always this slow and rude, and I said yes — that’s why I usually go to the South Osborne location instead.
When the manager finally came to the pickup area, instead of apologizing, he told me I needed to speak up. I stopped him and said that as a paying customer, I should be greeted and asked for my name, not have to chase down my order. I also asked for my cold foam to be remade, and the drive-thru employee ended up doing it — not the one who made the original drink.
This location has really gone downhill since the new operators took over. Poor customer service and zero sense of urgency — I’ll be sticking with the South Osborne Dunkin’ from now on.

I had to stop at this establishment to get gas. The gas pumps were upgraded a few weeks ago. I had to go two separate pumps to get gas due issues. The cashier inside was not friendly and seemed to be mad that I had made him work. I thought about getting donuts but they were not covered and flies were everywhere.

This place is awesome! I am a relative of the manager, and when we saw him, because we haven't seen him since 2020, he gave us free food! The people are nice and the place is quiet. But that dosen't mean we get free food all the time. It was just a welcome back gift.

As someone who’s worked at Dunkin Donuts, I’m disgusted with this locations service. All Dunkin’s try to rush customers and keep their time low but this Dunkin is just aggressive with it. This morning I ordered the “loaded hasbrowns” with extra queso. These people gave me 5 hasbrowns drowned in queso with un-crumbled bacon. I was not eating that lol. These people do not care about the quality of their food but only getting it out the window. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve gotten my money back for that crap, definitely won’t be going back to this location and there’s a reason I don’t go to Dunkin in general. Dunkin do better, window time isn’t everything.
