I call there to complain about my Pizza. He told me to bring it back to refunding and when I got there, he told me that the pizza was fine that he was not going to refund me or do it over. I am putting in a written/ formal complaint, not only about the customer service, But the manager’s attitude and customer service for Domino’s Customers.

We ordered 4 pizzas two were incorrect, we called in and explained with so much patience and an open to solutions approach what happen. He refused to take any accountability, refused to provide a solution, hung up on me and then refused to give me his last name. I will NEVER patronize this location again.

I called to complain got hung up on twice after 15 mins on hold cause I was told they were super busy. I went to store to return pizza and get a refund and was met by condescending tone, by manager and general manager of the store. WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN EVER!!
