- TPTony PruittNov 12, 20251.0Thought I’d give chipotle another chance. Hadn’t really had it in a couple of years with the exception of once a couple a weeks ago. I got sick from a location in Paris so I decided to give it up for awhile. Gave it a try last week at the Chevy Chase location and had a great experience. Thought I’d give it a try again this evening. Long story short, I paid for double meat with chicken and Beef Barbacoa with guacamole. The bowl had NO chicken at all and no guacamole! What a disappointment. Chipotle is way too expensive for these kinds of screw ups. I’m done.

Came at night, no one in line. Store was dirty. Still took a long time to make my order. The cashier must have had a bad day. It showed all over her face. I get home to eat the food and my chicken was cold in the middle like it had been frozen. Im so disgusted I didnt follow the other reviews. This location needs to improve their services and quality of food. I would like to support this business in my community but at this rate it will be hard for me to return.
