I put my order in, get to the window, wait a few minutes, then the girl comes to the window, totally unconcerned & tells me they just told her they were out of beef for the night. Really. Out of beef, on a Sunday night, at 11:27pm & you still got 2 1/2 until closing? Ok, whatever. I pull off, call the person who sent me out. They said, well, grab me a Rueben, no beef on that. Ok, fine. I pull back arpund to the speaker. "Welcome to Arbys", in that same monotone voice, "Were only accepting cards right now." Ok. So now youre not taking cash, which is what I was gping to use to pay for the beef sandwich. You've got to be kidding me. Ive never had such an experience to where I've tried to order from somewhere 2 times, literally less than 5 minutes apart & was basically shut down both times. Arbys. Get your crap together. Absolutely ridiculous. Ive never had such a bad experience.
