However, in recent years the employees have been very rude to customers and specifically people who are working and shopping for apps such as DoorDash, instacart, etc. I arrived at the store at 10:30pm to complete an order when I was approached by an employee in a rude manner, saying to me “If you are doing any of that instacart stuff, I’m telling you right now I’m shutting down the registers at 11:00” and using rude gestures continuing to say I’m shutting it down and continued repeating himself. Mind you the store was still open for another 30 minutes! I feel like this was done to discourage me from gathering the small amount of items for my order. If this is how they train their staff to talk to customers and people who are trying to make an honest living, then they should be reported to corporate which I will be contacting. It’s unfortunate that I love shopping for myself here as well, and have decided to take my business elsewhere!
