    I had a very upsetting experience at Domino’s that I feel needs to be shared. I came in to pick up a carryout order that I had already placed, expecting a quick and simple pickup. Instead, I was met with extremely poor customer service from the manager named MD. For no clear reason, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While I was simply waiting for my order, they approached me with an attitude and told me I needed to leave the store. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since I was a paying customer, there to pick up food I had already ordered. There was no attempt to communicate respectfully or resolve the situation. The entire interaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Customer service should never make people feel unwelcome, especially when they’ve done nothing wrong. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Besides the other employees whom were fine. When your staff is better then you AS A MANAGER. That’s just unacceptable. I would not recommend this location if this is how customers are treated.

    ((That manager MD lucky I can’t give this place 0 stars with his attitude )) I want to share my experience because customer service should always include empathy and basic respect for people, especially those dealing with mental health challenges. As someone living with major depression, everyday tasks can already feel overwhelming. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager made an already difficult day significantly worse. Instead of showing patience or understanding, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior that felt cold and insensitive by manager MD. Customer service is not just about policies , it’s about how people are treated. A little compassion goes a long way, and in this situation, compassion was completely absent. No customer should feel belittled, ignored, or uncomfortable when seeking assistance. If it wasn’t for the guy Alex I would’ve probably broken down right there. He was so kind. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers additional training in professionalism, communication, and sensitivity toward customers who may be struggling personally( Especially that manager MD) . Businesses thrive when customers feel respected and supported, and I sincerely hope future customers receive a more considerate experience than I did.

    I went in the store to pick up my order, first I wasn't greeted the guy at the cash register just looked at me wildly as if he wasn't going to help me. Than I watched this guy hang the phone up and go immediately and prepare food, didn't go wash his hands nor glove up. I asked the manager why they don't wear gloves, he said they wash there hands. I said your guy didn't and got off the phone and went right and prepared food. Heads up if anyone gets sick from this place they don't wear gloves and be touching all over your pizza with there filthy hands that touch EVERYTHING!!!!!!
