  Why I stopped picking up at this location: On several occasions, I brought my drive-thru order home, only to find that it was wrong in some way. Every time I wrote and complained and saw something to the effect that the store management would contact me. Never happened. Not once.

  well well well, john mcdonalds... you've done it again with the witchcraft and malicious sorcery. i shouldn't have been such a fool to order fries once again from this forsaken corporate establishment, but like adam and eve, i succumbed to the temptation of the forbidden fruit that is macdondald fries. just like the last time i'd eaten mcgonads fries, i again became haunted by the spirits of the damned. thousands of tortured souls rest and fester down my spine... decent restaurant atmosphere

  Th8s is the new Chic Fil A in Towson. I have not been to one yet that didnt have good, polite service. This new one it doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of day it is. They have the fastest service i have ever seen in fast food. The employees are young but very polite, kind and very helpful. ALWAYS!!! Thank You ❣️

  Terrible experience. I wanted four breakfast sandwiches: 1 sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle [deliberate lower case], 1 sausage biscuit and 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins. I was given three explaining that I already had a two for five and couldn't get two more. The manager would rather stand in the rain explaining (I think) she would need to ring a new order rather than taking care of it. Sad.
