I notice the receipt says little cheeseburger. I ASK THE GENTLEMAN FIXING IT ,IS THAT A REGULAR CHEESEBUR HE SAYS NO, DID YOU SAY YOU WANTED 2 PATTIES. I said I asked for a regular cheeseburger . I don't know what was so hard about taking my order. Then they wanted to charge me another 12 dollars instead of just fixing the order they messed up. If you want to sell the food by patties then change the menu.All I wanted was a regular cheeseburger. That's what the menu says why do I then have to say how many patties I want .Very poor and confusing customer service.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
