  It will be a cold day in hell before I ever come back here to this location I said extra well done and they made sure to specifically leave this rubber when I say rubbery I mean like you were chewing on slime took a bit and the inside was pink and now I’m like if it wasn’t for me having to go to work in the next couple of hours definitely 100%%%% would have put that right in front of them on the counter and asked for a refund because like what smh then they didn’t even give you any sauce to be honest why ask what sauce I wanted just to not give me no hair nets to cover the food no beard nets no nothing smh never again

  I am very disappointed with my experience at this new Wingstop location. My tenders were extremely small, and I definitely did not get my money’s worth. I was still hungry after eating because there was barely any meat on them. My fries were also old and stale. They were cold, soggy, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. They were not fresh at all. The worst part was finding hair in my food. That is completely unacceptable and disgusting. It made me lose my appetite right away and question how clean the kitchen really is. Overall, this order felt careless and rushed. Between the tiny tenders, old fries, and hair in my food, this was a terrible experience. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this new Wingstop. I was really excited to try this location because I love Wingstop, but this was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, my corn was still frozen. Not cold. Not cool. Literally frozen. It was hard and icy in the middle like it had just come out of a freezer and went straight into my bag. I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t understand how food can be served like that and no one notices. It shows that no one is checking the food before giving it to customers. Next, my wings were still raw. When I bit into them, they were pink and undercooked inside. That is not only gross, but also unsafe. Eating raw chicken can make people sick. I had to stop eating right away because I was scared I might get food poisoning. I shouldn’t have to worry about my health when I’m just trying to enjoy a meal. On top of that, I got the wrong flavors. I ordered specific flavors because I know what I like, and I was really looking forward to them. Instead, I got flavors I didn’t ask for and don’t even like. At that point, I was already upset about the frozen corn and raw wings, so this just made everything worse. The whole order felt rushed and careless. It seems like no one took the time to make sure the food was cooked right or that the order was correct. I spent my money expecting good quality food, and instead I got food that I couldn’t even eat. This experience completely ruined my mood and my appetite. I had to throw most of my food away, which is such a waste of money. I didn’t get what I paid for, and that is very frustrating. I really hope this location improves because this is not okay. Customers deserve hot, fully cooked food and correct orders. Right now, I would not recommend this Wingstop to anyone. Until they do better with quality and customer care, I will not be coming back.

  Store just opened up and I can see why it was so busy, all the food was nice and fresh and the service was outstanding. They’re very busy since they just opened so expect a wait sometimes. But, the food is well worth it. Chicken was evenly cooked, soft , not oily or overly salty like some other wingstops and the food was very fresh.

  The customer service was great .food awful wings weren’t done Cajun corn was cold waited 50 minutes for my order and didn’t put any ranch in the bag I understand they just opened but they have to do better cooking the food
