Everyone working was upbeat, kind, and really went out of their way to make sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and honestly one of the best bowls I’ve had in a long time. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to walk into a fast-casual place and feel that taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

On the way back to work, I grabbed my queso and it was ICE COLD...I was just going to leave it alone but I decided to call the store to let them know so future customers wouldn't experience the same thing. When I called, the manager answered, I told him the situation and he immediately went to check and confirmed that it was in fact cold. He asked if I could come back so he could give me a brand new order, I said yes. When I went back, he recognized me from earlier, apologized for the inconvenience, the ladies working with him got me a new bag of chips and showed me the steam coming off of the queso lol. I appreciate them for how they handled the situation and the professionalism they showed. Will be coming back again.
