When I contacted Panera I was told that money would be refunded or I could get a soup next time I visited the restaurant. Unfortunately I could not leave work so I asked that the soup be delivered instead. I was told that it would be delivered and it was not. Very frustrating!!!

I did rate this for 5 or of 5, it was good, got the Fiji salad... But this was dinner, late in the day, did not make me sick as in other places I've been.. But I did notice the lettuce was maybe towards end of life on some leafs.
