  I brought my family here on Monday 1/19 around noon-1pm. We ordered a large pizza well done, breadsticks and drinks. When the pizza came out it was severely undercooked, like just slob that was barely heated up. Told the server and she apologized saying they had 200 pizzas going through the oven. No problem (even tho that info would have been appreciated beforehand) , they took it back to cook longer. Brought it back out and keep in mind we’re not picky pizza people at all, I mean we eat Ledos all the time… but this was disgusting. Even my 4 year old couldn’t stomach it. It was like biting into cardboard. I told the server to which she apologized again saying they have someone new making the dough. All she offered me was a free pizza for next time. We left with the entire 18 inch pizza on the table, maybe 2 bites taken out. No refund and even left a tip (because you have to pay and tip beforehand here -ridiculous) So after over an hour of wasted time I had to take my family to Panera to get food. And before you (Ledos) tell me “how sorry you are and to follow this link to tell you more” I did follow that link on one of the other bad reviews left. Filled out the form with this exact story saying you should refund the pizza. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. So anyone reading this, don’t be fooled by the appearance that Ledos is following up with these bad reviews. It’s more than likely a bot or scripted response. I wanted to do you the courtesy of reaching out directly considering we’ve patronized your establishment a lot but after 5 days with no response I’m leaving it here. So please don’t go telling me you’re sorry and how you want to hear more at Ledos.com. You have the info. We wasted $45 and still had to go eat somewhere else. I’ve had so many great experiences with Ledos in the past… but it really only takes one bad one (with zero regard to make it right) for you to lose a customer. Keep your free pizza.
