I made several managers aware, and they just apologize? Many times they have items that are in the back of the store, but you have to ask them if they dont mind getting them? Also, its quite often that they don't have fresh rotisserie chicken? Ive gone there to get my dinner, had grabbed all my sides, but I couldn't ger the rotisserie chicken cuz it was 6pm n the chicken was prepared at 12noon! At that time it was too late to prepare more per the manager? Oh, the manager apologized wow! Another time, I needed some dinner rolls. I wanted the 4pk. The manager walked me to where they should be, but they weren't there ( I had already checked tho). Once again the manager apologized, and offered me some frozen ones becuz they hadn't been put out? I ended up having to purchase a large pk which no compensation was offered and it was the negligence of the store. This is the only food market in this area! Well, there's a Shoppers in the Alameda shopping center but it looks like a warehouse? Also, if you are trying to make soup, they neverrrr have the smoked meat you want. Correction, they just started stocking smoked turkey necks again, but they cost almost 20.00 a pk! My daughter had some door dashed from another market, they were fresh, and was 11.00 a pk!! If you do big grocery shopping here, you will be in line forever cuz there's only 1 cashier, or ring up and bag up your own! This Giant need to lower their prices, or pay their customers for all the inconveniences! Also, the bathrooms are always nasty, and it doesn't help that they are by the seafood section o they smell too!! Giant is going down!!! The best one is on Old Court Rd
