I don't know what was so hard about taking my order. Then they wanted to charge me another 12 dollars instead of just fixing the order they messed up. If you want to sell the food by patties then change the menu.All I wanted was a regular cheeseburger. That's what the menu says why do I then have to say how many patties I want .Very poor and confusing customer service.
