    My everything bagel turkey club was delicious. I think the employees need to pay more attention to what the customer wants on the sandwich when taking orders. If I hadn't watched the guy make my sandwich it would of had items on it that I didn't request.

    Third time visiting an Einstein Bagels. Second time being disappointed. First time at this location. The manager or whoever made sure I was charged extra for bacon-which only seemed like 1 "extra" piece, but didn't ensure my order was correct. I ordered 3 items. One bagel, I said bacon and cheese only with extra bacon. I didn't have cheese, and the bacon was barely there. They don't use quality bacon, so I don't understand why, if I am paying EXTRA, I didn't get extra bacon. The order was repeated multiple times, and each time was repeated correctly. I wish every experience were like the first time. To not use quality ingredients, get orders wrong, and charge extra for microwaved bacon is mind-blowing.
