  Order two maple bagel meals with no cheese and they put cheese on them. They don't read their notes.

  I always get excited on my way to go here. The bagels are delicious, and while they would be enough on their own to get me to come back, but what's even better than the food, is the people. They know me by name and know my typical order. The workers there are so kind, and it always brightens my day to see them again. They've supported me through several tough things in my life, and I know that they do actually care.

  I enjoy Einstein bagels but since the covid they don't open until 6 am. That sucks for me. I have to be at work at 6 am.🥺

  service depends on the day and how long the line is, when it's busy they rush and get orders wrong. some of the staff is nice but some aren't. never seem to have any manager on duty so employees aren't held to same standards as other locations
