  My most recent experience at this location was very disappointing. The crew was rude and unfriendly. While I was still placing my order, I was rushed to pull forward to the window. Once there, I continued to feel rushed and was even told, “the line is long,” as if my time or money didn’t matter. When I received my order, the cheese on my sandwiches was cold, and when I mentioned it, I was told, “we only melt the cheese if you ask.” I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and have never had to ask for my toasted sandwich to have melted cheese. I didn’t appreciate the attitude or the change in service, especially as a regular customer.
