  Served me boneless wings that were COMPLETELY ROTTEN. This place should be shut down. I complained to their corporate and never heard back. Disgusting.

  Sunday, I ate at Charlie's cheesesteak in the Governor Square Mall. The service has improved tremendously. It's been 3 years since my last visit, because of bad customer service. But now the service is fast, the staff is polite, and the restaurant looks cleaner.
