I did a online order showed up at the store 5 minutes later 50+ kids come in no joke cost me my entire lunch break waiting for a grilled cheese never got it. Had to cancel the order and leave. Nothing worse than worse working a 12-hour shift when you only get a 30-minute break and you try to eat something and you can't because of incompetence. I don't think I would be this upset if this was the first time this has happened but this is actually the second time that I lost my lunch break dealing with this place. So if you're on lunch that's timed don't waste your time going to this location. The whole point of placing an online order to say you can have it ready for your lunch break what's the point of placing an online orders if you can't have it ready in a reasonable time.

- EEEbNov 19, 20251.0I picked up a grubhub order from this location 11/16/2025 and left the store with a very bitter taste. The manager, Amanda, was very displeasing and down right unfriendly honestly. She was eating something when I approached the counter to show her my order. She then pointed at the location grub hub orders should be. I let her know the order was not there. She told me to wait for it and walked away. Amanda then hid in the doorway between the prep area and the back of the kitchen where she peaked her head out at me until I left. The amazing cashier ,May, was kind enough to stop what she was doing and hand me the order that was behind them on the counter. May was very apologetic and corrected the situation immediately. Maybe Amanda was upset I interrupted her meal but she did not come back out from her hiding area until I left the store. I found her down right unpleasant. May did a wonderful job.
