MY BREAD (BECAUSE THATS ALL IT WAS) WAS READY IN UNDER 5 MINS. LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT I WOULD HAVE A SANDWICH THAT TASTED LIKE NOTHING AND HAD ABSOLUTELY BARE MINIMUM ON IT. I ORDED A #2 ADDED OIL AND VINEGAR AND CHEESE. THE LADY THAT MADE MY SANDWICH PROBABLY ONLY PUT 2 SLICES OF ROAST BEEF, 1 SLICE OF CHEESE, TINY BIT OF LETTUCE AND 2 TOMATOS. IT WAS HORRIBLE. THAT WAS MY 1ST TIME THERE AND IT WILL FOR SURE BE MY LAST. THEY NEED TO BRING BACK FIRESTONE SUBS BECAUSE JIMMY JOHNS IS NOT IT.

Worst customer experience. The "manager" was bossy and rude. Went over to Jersey Mike's and had a great sub and service. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment.
