- MSMandy StarkSep 26, 20253.0Hello , I shop here all the time with my mother who is elderly and loves to come here because of how clean and the friendly relationships she has made with some of the employees . Just recently this week I have experienced a horrific time there and honestly will not be returning because of management. I did notice some unfamiliar faces but had an incident where another customer approached the self service employee and was aggressive and threatening to fight her , while making these threats to the young lady no one in management offered any assistance. Although the young lady was very professional and did not engage the other customer stepped in front of my mother making the environment uncomfortable along with others around us . No one should have to defend themselves while working for GIANT . We shop places we feel safe. It’s bad enough with all the commotion going on in the world security should be implemented to protect your employees and customers . I will no longer be shopping at that location .
