When I tried to take a picture of the situation, one of the employees made an extremely rude and offensive hand gesture (middle finger) towards me. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional, especially from a well-known international brand like Dunkin. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures proper training for their staff. If you truly love Dunkin Donut, please avoid visiting this branch — go to another one instead. The rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff here completely ruins the experience.
