Recently I have noticed that the younger employee is always on the phone (using his earpiece) and not paying much attention to the customers because he is on the phone. I have observed their frustrations due to his lack of awareness on their faces. Customer service is extremely important especially when it comes to making someone’s food. Take a phone break and get back to using the great customer service you had when you first started.
