So they gave me the 2 hot n spicy chicken sandwiches that I specifically asked for to be cooked to order they were not and today was busy for them the line is long so u all had more then enough time to cook it right and it was not. I sent it back through the window n was asked to pull forward I pull forward and waited for the mchickens now the rest of my food is getting cold. Someone brings me the food n it looks like its been cooked properly. I get home n my husband is mad and throws the food sway because u all redipped the food in grease and not just properly cook it like asked. I also asked for sauces at the window was not given any, asked for sauces when the person came with the food he lied saying its on the bag I checked the bag and said sir there are no sauce in the bag he shrugged his shoulders and went back in the store. This my first time getting McDonalds at this location and it was a terrible experience. Everyone needs retraining on customer service and proper food service or just fire everyone and start new. Absolutely not satisfied and have lost my appetite due to this experience.
