I could not complete my order until I added an apartment number because I said I lived in an apartment complex. I requested that the order be delivered to my door. When the delivery arrives the driver calls me and says hes outside. I said, "youre not bringing it to my door?" He said, " no we are trained not to get out of the car." I explained that I had paid a tip and everything and that I requested that it be brought to my door. He refused. I went out and got my food and asked him how I can get my tip back. I mean I paid a delivery fee and a tip and I still have to leave my house to get my food?? I just ordered from Dominos the week prior and it was brought to my door. What changed? He just sat there not knowing what to say. I called the store directly and explained the situation. I was put on hold. When someone returned to the phone I explained the situation again and I was I formed that they've been training the drivers not to get out of the car at apartment t complexes. I said then why cant I place an order without entering my apartment number. He was about to say something else and I cut him off and said told him at this point I just want to know what i need to do to get my tip back. He i formed me I needed to call back on Monday when the general manager was there. And he gave me the name Ernest to ask for. Then on top of all that my order was wrong. I will be calling back and requesting my tip back.
