When I picked up my cup, the lid was smeared with what looked like coffee mixed with cream and sugar—exactly the opposite of what I ordered. It was messy, sticky, and honestly pretty disgusting. Not only did it make the drink unappealing, but it also made me question the care and cleanliness behind the preparation. A basic cup of black coffee shouldn’t come with a dirty lid. This really took away from what should have been a quick, easy stop.
