  I just bought 5 Happy Meals for my kids. The app said they were the Mario Galaxy ones, but they gave me the Crocs ones instead. That is false advertising—a huge disappointment! The food was a letdown, too: I ordered two Deluxe McCrispys, well-done, but they came out burnt.

  They'd rather let a homeless man stand at their drive thru approaching every customer when they try to order than just giving the man a meal. It doesn't hurt your bottom line, he's not asking for money, just a meal. Give it to him, manager.

  I've placed order on the app at 10.20am, twenty minutes after i went there pick it up they recently canceled my order for no reason!!!! Last time I've order 30mins before I got there and still have to wait another 20mins for the employee to hand my food to me, looks like everybody who's in the front don't want to serve any customer at all!!!!!!!

  The service was awful. It took at least 10 minutes for a McDonald's employee to come around to the front to even come help me and once they did, they were of no help. Their bathrooms have door looks and when I asked to please have the door unlocked, it took another few minutes for them to walk back and do so, once they were finished with their conversation. The bathroom was filthy. The toilet seat was barely hanging on. Toilet paper all over the floor. The soap was constantly dispensing all by itself and had a HUMONGOUS pile all over the counter. It was awful and unkept. There were people sleeping at tables and others standing around greeting any women that walked in like animals. All in all, not the best McDonald's.
