- DDDJDec 24, 20251.0Ordered a hot vanilla latte with a sausage biscuit. The fresh latte was luke warm. Asked for a hot one again. The second comes out COLDER than the first one. Mind you I was the only person there. No one was in the drive thru. Positive side I got a refund.

The person on the mic couldn’t speak English and kept pausing for a very long time in between sentences. Me saying Hello 30x times while not being understood I left because I was so irritated (&hungry) and to add there was a woman begging at the end of the drive through. Wont return to this location ever again.
