  This is a family friendly restaurant with delicious food, huge portions and the best service. I had the pizza, it’s not on the official menu but quite good. Their pastas are massive and will feed you for days. Everything here is not pricey and such a good value. They serve complimentary delicious garlic bread while you wait for your food and the salads are fresh and tasty too. People love their house dressing. I highly recommend stopping in here (they also have a busy takeout business). I only wish they would lower the lighting. It would feel a bit more intimate if it wasn’t as bright, maybe with some led candles. If you get Clay as your server, count yourself in for a fantastic experience. He’s the kindest, most attentive server!! This restaurant is firmly on our habitual spots list.

  We love Rincon! Everything is spectacular! Generous portions and affordable! Try the carbonara, it’s incredible!

  It was OK. They somehow lost our reservation. We were told that the wine list was stuff "they're trying to get rid of". Why as a customer was I told this? The look of the place was not of a sit down restaurant.

  Went last night for Valentines after making a reservation weeks ago. Was very excited as I deliver from there all the time and our first time in a long time on a date without the kids. They didnt have my reservation and stuck us in the back room in a corner at a table turned (long ways) sideways so my husband and I couldn't even hold hands let alone hear each other with the large group right next to us. When I tried to move a table over while being seated, they said I had no right as they were reserved for reservations (I was a reservation!). We had to ask without being offered for the valentines special which threw the waitress off and she seemed lost on (then dont post it on facebook), then when we got our wine list (part of the special), half of them were crossed off and we were told we could only pick from those still available and not crossed off because they were "older bottles the restaurant needed to get rid of for new ones!" The Italian toast was dry and half burnt, and my pasta was plain with barely any white sauce and half hard chunks of cheese. The only saving grace was the tiramusu but the middle of it was completely frozen... I started crying and had to excuse myself from my husband for the bathroom to calm myself as I had planned this just to want to go home and forget it and even cancelled going to basta pasta that night because I didnt want to cost him an arm and a leg and after the reviews here was so hopeful. Definitely got what we paid for. And we paid the server fairly as it wasnt her fault but it was a great disappointment and wont be coming there again other than my deliveries...
