I didn’t even want my money back — I just wanted to figure out what the hell was going on with your service and quality. Extremely disappointed and done with Chipotle.

So... whats wrong? I'm not from Maryland or the DMV area, so it boggles my mind at what people are allowed to get away with here that would be frowned upon in other parts of the country. There was a guy literally standing right in front of the Chipotle entrance, gatekeeping for money. Whether he needs the handout or not is beside the point. It affects the atmosphere and make no mistake it affects the bottom line of the business. Where I'm from, you probably feel the wrath of gatekeepers at Walmart on Saturdays. But here in Maryland its everywhere ya go and its all days of the week. And the taxes here, and paper straws, and the... BAG charges??? ...are expensive enough without having to pay gatekeeper taxes just to go anywhere. Life is JUST as expensive for people that don't need handouts. Shouldn't have a bouncer in front of chipotle. It was easy enough to say "no thanks". But, come on Chipotle; that's loitering, so call it what it is.
