It felt like I was at a drive thru that allows you to order. 26 minutes in the line. The person backed out behind me so I was able to back out. I went inside and they could care LESS. I was so upset and asked for a Guacamole for my time. It was petty as much as it was ridiculous for them to be ok with me being stuck in there drive thru. The guy asked the supposedly manager and he didn’t even look up and said NO. What a low value experience. A place to not care about inconveniencing there customers who actually planned the visit ahead of time. I come here very often but will slow down. This has never happened to me. 26 min in there digital pick up lane. The guy inside said they were waiting on chips. What! You held up my time over some chips. I was just trying to try there new protein situation that has been promoted to see would it be worth adding on to future bowls and burrito. They blew that experience. I will never go in there like if one car is there.

When I tried to get help, I was railroaded into an AI chat that only offered me one free entrée instead of actually fixing the issue. The food that did arrive was wrong and honestly nasty. I didn’t even want my money back — I just wanted to figure out what the hell was going on with your service and quality. Extremely disappointed and done with Chipotle.
