I didn’t give it a 5 starts bc every time I come it’s a homeless guy standing inside the restaurant asking everyone for a dollar and if you sit down to eat inside he just stares over and it’s me smh child I always feel uncomfortable . I avoid going to the door stands at bc it’s so uncomfortable

Totally ruined. My daughter took it back with pictures and they made it over again for free this is the best customer service I have ever had at a Chipotle. I am so grateful and impressed. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Excellent service Chipotle. I will be back. 💚

I asked them to just please remake it and add less things to it, so that it wouldn’t fall apart when I was trying to eat it . Instead, they wrapped it in a second tortilla and then CHARGED me for the second tortilla. It still had stuff falling out.

The portion sizes are AMAZING — they definitely do not hold back. You truly get the full adult portion you expect and pay for, unlike so many other places I’ve tried. On top of that, the customer service has consistently been 100%! The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and professional, which makes every visit such a great experience. It’s refreshing to find a place that delivers both quality and outstanding service every single time. I highly recommend it!
