- GPGeorge PowersAug 29, 20252.0Okay, it’s Subway. However, the service sucks. I ordered a footlong and was charged the typical $2 extra for avocado. When I got home, there was no avocado. I was hungry, so I snapped photos of the receipt and sandwich. I stopped by the Subway, showed them receipt and time stamped photos of the sandwich. I said just give me the $2 and we’ll call it even. Cashier says nothing they can do on an online order and it’s too complicated. No, it’s not. They took my name and number for the owner to call me. It’s been two days and I never got a call. The owner needs to empower its employees to make things right. Then I messaged Subway on the app. Two days later, not response. Oh yea, to go orders seem to have less ingredients. Appears to be the case. One day, I’ll test my theory.
