  This was hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location is poorly managed and completely lacking in basic standards. The self-order screens didn’t even have paper for receipts, which is just lazy and unacceptable. The staff couldn’t follow the simplest instructions. I ordered plain cheeseburgers—something that should not be difficult—and still received them incorrectly. It’s frustrating when you can’t even trust a fast food place to get the most basic order right. What really pushed this experience over the edge was the safety issue. There were no “wet floor” caution signs outside, and I ended up slipping and hurting my knee. That’s not just inconvenient—that’s dangerous and negligent. To top it all off, the entire place was dirty and clearly not being maintained. The napkin and soda station were empty and a mess, and nothing seemed stocked or cared for. The overall environment felt neglected and unsanitary. This location seriously needs new management, better training, and a complete overhaul of cleanliness and safety standards. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. In response to the Owner I have email you several times and no response, even submitted two feedback requests from the website and nothing. You don't take this seriously enough. I fell on your property due to no visible signage. And on top of that the food was just uneatable and inside the store was just disgusting!

  My double cheeseburger was so soggy and wet when I got it the buns were just falling apart. Fries were cold n hard. Not the first time… I’ll never go back
