- SJSarah Jones4 days ago1.0I went to this location for lunch. The young man sitting on the floor stocking chips came around and immediately tried to put gloves on. I asked him to please wash his hands and he stormed off saying, "I'm not helping her." He then proceeded to taunt when I was checking out by making smart comments. I have experienced hearing him screaming at his gf (the manager, Kelly) on numerous occasions while trying to order lunch. He makes subs sloppy and makes them improperly. He shows no care for his job, his fellow employees but most importantly, his customers. He has colorful locs in his hair and terrible teeth. His customer service is awful and he surely brings the atmosphere to a dull when he's present at work. Hopefully he isn't there long. As much as I frequent this location, it is very discouraging to want to come back with him there.

- ETElaina ThomasDec 5, 20254.0I recently came in to the subway in Solomon’s and was immediately greeted by Kayla, i was undecided what I wanted and she suggested the meal of the day, talk about sales rep she was great because it sold me and was made with perfection! The store was very clean and everything was freshly prepped. I appreciate the wonderful customer service by the employees Kayla and Ava as it’s hard to come by. The atmosphere was very welcoming those ladies are a great addition to the subway community. Thank You!
- DDDevanteDec 5, 20255.0Over the weekend I visited the subway in Solomon’s and was almost immediately greeted by Kayla with a smile. The store was very clean. Her customer service skills are exceptional and I appreciated the warm welcome. Kayla and Bruce were extremely busy with online orders however that didn’t stop them from acknowledging me and letting me know they’d be right with me. Their friendly aura sold me on returning to this subway!
