This particular location has become a regular spot for me. The staff there is consistently friendly and my orders are accurate 99.99% of the time. I often get veggie sandwiches and I really appreciate that they are generous with the veggies. That .01% where I did have an issue, I called and spoke with the manager Evan and he immediately offered to fix it Another manager was on duty when I went in, but there was no hassle and she went above and beyond to make it right. I’ve also encountered other managers/leads who also seem eager to just take care of you. It’s an attitude that trickles down to the cashiers, the prep and the cleaning staff as well. Because of my background, I’m pretty sensitive to customer service and I notice the extra efforts they take to make customers feel special (not just me). That said, I have to say they’ve impressed me over the past few months.
