I was really confused where to pick up my food after I ordered, because my bagel was in one place and my sandwich was in another. There didn't seem to be signs for this, and the cashier/server didn't help either. Luckily I waited at the payment terminal long enough after paying for the cashier to return and give me my receipt, so I was able to match order numbers. This is probably just an issue of me not going to Panera very often, but it could be made a little easier to navigate. The parking lot right in front of the restaurant was overflowing, so I used a nearby affordable parking garage instead.
