- KKKylieJan 3, 20261.0Honestly this Wendy needs to get shut down or ran by someone else because the staff is TRASH. I went in today for a meal and had the worse experience. Soon as I walked in no greeting and seemed like ghost town , expect for 1 employee but I was greeted with her back instead for 3-5 minutes without even bothering to turn around to see who walked in mind you the door makes a sound for you to hear someone coming in… there I was losing my lunch time because the employee was “too busy” Before I could even say “hello” as soon as I see on the ground I see a small mice run across from the fries station to the other side 🤮 place looks dirty already plus seeing that yea I’m straight NEVER AGAIN. If to the managers DO BETTER AND BE THE EXAMPLE. If you don’t like your job and your miserable there KICK ROCKS , but don’t take it out with the customers !!!

The soda fountain didn't have any normal drinks, only some of the diet/zero options were available. There was no bbq sauce or ranch sauce for chicken, which was also frustrating. The food we did get was fine, so no real complaints there, just not quite what we were hoping for.
