I looked for her and asked for suggestion but she was so rude and did not want to explain much. I asked her few questions about flower arrangement as I was not sure and her answers were so rude. When I asked her if she has a rough morning she told me not until I saw you. I was surprised with her answers and when I told her that’s not good customer service she responded may be you don’t like me because I am Korean . I walked out of the shop as I just felt when the intention is not correct it’s no point to take flowers from her. Honestly that’s not the customer service you expect from a florist . Really disappointed by her attitude and comments.
