  I ordered 5 pizzas and the pizzas was awful watered down sauce All the toppings fell off the pizzas I’m very upset & disappointed $90 down the drain.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Nearly two weeks ago I ordered delivery directly from the store website, specifying I'd like an in-person handoff. Initially the estimate for delivery was 40 minutes. An hour after the estimate our dog barked, and we looked out the window to see a delivery person exiting our building with no warm bag in hand. We checked the freezing doorstep, and lo and behold, our order! Except a good portion of it was missing, the part that was delivered was cold, and our pizza was soggy as the only garlic sauce they bothered to include for the whole order of two large pizzas and breadsticks exploded and sogged up the pie. I tried calling the store multiple times with no response. Then I lodged a complaint online. A few days later I get a generic corporate email saying a manager would reach out, but none did. I emailed back only to be ignored. In the end I told my husband to initiate a chargeback.

  It used to be a reliable, decent Papa John’s. Tonight, the “pizza” was mostly bread, with a memory of sauce, a whisper of cheese, and approximately one of each topping per slice. I’ve had better (and cheaper) pizza in public school lunches.

  I got here 10 minutes after a notification that my order was ready. They couldn’t find it, said to wait 10 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. Then when I asked for a manager they became extremely aggressive, got really close to me and started yelling in my face. This is extremely poor service and they need to be trained again on customer service. Pizza isn’t difficult to make yet they are always incompetent every time I come here
