I was on hold for 20 minutes so I headed to the restaurant. Once I arrived at the restaurant, after trying to correct the order without success, they said it would take an additional 30 minutes to complete order. No apology only an oops. The manager, Walter Cameron, did not even come out to see what his incompetent staff was or was not doing. This restaurant does not even deserve 1 star. 0 stars for this place. So incompetent, its ridiculous

- HKHeather KeaslerDec 20, 20253.0As a fan of the Outback Steakhouse, I have had plenty visits in many states. I did see this place already had 3.9 rating but I know not all reviews are valid. However, I can kinda understand the 3 star. Our waiter seems to be doubled tasked with being the bartender and our server. So we had to really kinda help ourselves. Staff is nice and environment not bad at all. Just perhaps more help to avoid possible customers being missed or long waits for orders.
