  The service was great. We were sat right away. Roxanne took care of us and she was very knowledgeable and warm. She really made our experience go from good to great! Thanks Roxanne!

  Me and my brothers just went there and 2 of us ordered steaks. Specifically sirloins. One 8 oz and one 6 oz. 6 oz was cooked as requested(Medium). Though the 8 oz was terrible. I requested do a medium rare and received well done. After speaking with the waiter they proceeded to bring out the second steak. This steak was by far the worst I’ve ever been served. They gave it to me raw. Literally just cooked the outside barely. Not even seared. Just grayish brown. And the inside was basically purchasable at the grocery store. Filled with blood. I literally threw up in the bathroom. Besides the food being appalling. Service was no better. When the waiter came to ask what we liked to drink. 2 of us ordered and my brother was looking at their refreshers to let the waiter know and he proceeds to say “your not ready yet” then walks away. Mind you no one is in the restaurant besides me and my brother. Plus one other couple. Who had a different waiter. When we finally get a chance to order our food and drinks. Second time btw trying to make the order. My brothers aren’t well versed in English so it takes them time to read and say what they want. He takes the order and walks away. Brings back the first 2 drinks then the third one. Yet the sweet tea I ordered never came. I had to ask twice then again when he was forced to come to our table with our food. I will never go there nor recommend anyone who values food safety and good service. I am currently sick to my stomach

  We had lunch at the Outback in Silver Spring today, and it was a wonderful experience! Jorik was our server, and he always provides OUTSTANDING service! Jorik always greets us with a warm smile and makes us feel very welcome. Jorik is personable and attentive. He also is very knowledgeable of the menu and makes suggestions. We enjoy seeing him when we dine there. Also, the food was delicious! We had the filet with lobster tails - cooked to perfection. The filets were tender and juicy. We will definitely return. Thank you Jorik for making our pre-Valentine's Day date a special occasion. --B & C

  My family had dinner at Outback tonight, and it started off well. However, the experience took a turn for the worse. Our server, Andrew, was incredibly slow and inattentive throughout the entire meal. We had dietary restrictions to consider, so we asked Andrew about the ingredients in our entrees. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, there were immediate issues. My dad’s steak was cooked to medium-well, but my sister immediately noticed something off in her food. Despite our concerns, Andrew was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, the food runner was kind enough to fix my dad’s meal. However, when Andrew finally arrived, we asked him for a few things, but he never brought them out. We had to wait again for him to show up and remind him about the condiments we needed. The service was so slow that by the time we finally got the condiments, we had to ask for boxes and cancel my sister’s meal because the food was cold. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
