- CLCasper LindseyOct 25, 20251.0on the 22nd of october at around 7pm i placed a mobile order. i got to restaurant, the doors were locked and i was waved off. the first time i called corporate, on the 23rd, i was told that a refund was going to be processed, but that wasn’t the case. i called this restaurant today on the 25th and the lady that answered sounded like she was on speaker and wasn’t answering any of my questions. I called back to corporate, and this new agent has supposedly correctly processed my refund. if you guys can’t process refunds, then you need to change settings in the app so people aren’t wasting their time and money on you guys. there’s always *something* happening at this location. this is utterly ridiculous having to do all of this back and forth with you people.
