- RRRRKFeb 23, 20261.0I was making a purchase at self service and was talking to the cashier when the store manager, Mr. Kim Watts came over, interrupted my conversation and asked for the price of my purchase. No one asked for his assistance and he was unbelievably rude and arrogant towards me. I told him I couldn’t believe he was a manager and that I would do a review about this and he just shrugged his shoulders as he really didn’t care. I don’t need to spend money at a store where a store manager behaves arrogantly and rudely towards a customer. This man should not be a manager as he has no customer service skills at all. I think people like him and his position forget people like me keep the store running because we pay for purchases and if it were not for me and other people buying items, the store would not be there including his job.
