  “ I went to bertucci’s on multiple occasions and I was usually impressed with the food and the service, but last week showed me that I shouldn’t come to this place at all. Despite the resturant not being busy, our food came out and hour late and when we had asked to speak to the manager we were told he’s coming. I processed to wait for 30 minutes and no one came to our table. Then I had seen a man coming from the back towards the kitchen and I had asked a server who that was and they said it was the manager mazen. Instead of coming to our table and addressing the situation at hand he simply looked at our table and walked away. I later then heard him yelling at someone in the kitchen and he still hadn’t come to our table. This building lacks the leadership that it needs and I will not be returning back to bertucci’s

  The Giant food on Arliss Street has gone downhill. Do not buy their Frozen ice creams or pies. They bring them out of the freezer in the back and leave them sitting while the clerks take all day to put them in the freezer so most of them defrost and refreeze. They are frequently out of stock of common items. There is a woman in customer service who is surly and lazy. I shop there three times a week because it's walking distance from my home. However if you have a choice, go to a different Giant Food. One last thing, at least twice a week they ring an item up with more money than it's listed as being sold for. You have to check your receipts.

  I love the store but some of the people there are very rude. I been coming to this Giant for over 15 years... As of recently in the last 3 years i have been followed around the store. Harassed by their self check out clerk like im stealing eveytime i come in the store. It's fall slash winter now so i have a hoodie on and look very young i get that but every time i come in the store. At this point i just feel like I'm a target 1. I'm black with a hoodie. 2.i look young but i am actually 43 years of age. It makes me want to stop going but it's other people like the actual security guards and the actual cashiers and front desk help that make me come back. I do understand protecting the property and a perception but not if I'm constantly coming to go grocery shopping. I wonder how many times they rolled the camera back just to see if i was stealing. Oh I also work in security so i seen the people literally follow me or watch me while im checking out even been accused of not paying for something that Giant don't carry... Fried carryout chicken wings with mambo sauce on them. Yeah i was told i didn't pay for it. Not everybody steal and lie in this world and it defintely shouldn't be based on the color of your skin if you are
