You’re told that you need to come inside to get your stuff and for you to park elsewhere because the community around the area complaints about no parking. I’m not understanding why the service is even offered at this location when you can’t even park there for starters nor does anyone bring the groceries to you

She is remarkably kind, beautiful and very helpful. I enjoy seeing her as well as I look for her each time I go to the Giant at this property. She is always a joy and makes my visit worth the visit. Miss Karol has assisted me on many occasions; I love it because she has the knowledge of the store inside and out. Miss Karol's Customer Service is exceptional. I met one of the manager's there as well, his name is Ron. Ron has exemplified Quality Customer Service and takes the time you need for whatever questions/concerns you have. Please take a minute to recognize both of these employees with a big KUDOS!!!

Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was quite rude and not willing to help at all, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. Customer service plays a big role in how people feel about an organization, and I believe having polite, respectful, and helpful staff makes a real difference. I hope this issue can be looked into and improvements can be made going forward.
